Refund and Payment Policy

Payment Due Dates & Late Fees

February 5th - First or full payment due.  $5 late fee if you pay after this date.

March 5th - Second payment due.  $5 late fee if you pay after this date.

February 5th - Cleaning fee due

March 5th - First or full payment (if owed.)

April 9th - Second payment due (if owed.)

Refund Policy

You may add or drop classes up until classes start and recieve a full refund.  Once classes begin, you have two class periods to add or drop classes.  You may recieve a full refund except for supply fees during this period.  After the add/drop period ends, no refunds will be issued.

January 29th - Add/Drop period ends for Pleasant Grove classes.  You may receive a full refund except for the supply fees.

February 17th - Add/Drop period ends for Provo classes.  You may receive a full refund except for the supply fees.

Payment Plan Policy

If you choose the payment plan rather than paying for classes up front, you are responsible for paying the full amount due, even if you decide to stop attending classes.  We offer the payment plan as a courtesy, and you will need  to make all the payments you've committed to.  If necessary, you will be billed or your bukk will be sent to a collection agency.

Cleaning Policy

You do not have to sign up to clean unless you want to earn your cleaning fee back (or more!)
