Refund Policy

When you sign up for classes, you're committing to the entire session. You can drop or change any classes during the first week and receive a full refund.  During the second and third weeks you may still add/drop classes, except for supply fees (as those fees have already been spent by the teacher.).  After the third week there are no refunds issued.

If you choose the monthly payments, you will still be responsible for making your payments even if you decide not to attend classes.

Read the current term refund policy.

Parents on Campus
We do not require that parents stay while their children 7 and older are in classes.  However, your children do need to be enrolled in classes during that time you are not there (unless you make other arrangements for another adult to watch your child.)  While your children are allowed to stay and eat lunch at the building, we do not provide lunchtime supervision, so please be sure that an adult is watching your child (don't just assume someone will be there).   Children 6 and under must have adult supervision while at the building.  Parents are welcome to join in any class their children are enrolled in.  We also have a small waiting room with toys for you to wait in with any younger siblings.

Outside Play
Outside play is not allowed unless your children have adult supervision.  Please tell your children that they are not allowed to play outside unless an adult is watching them.  We can’t watch the kids outside and inside at the same time, we just don’t have enough people power.

On Time
Please be on time dropping your children off at Keystone.  There will be a prayer and pledge of allegiance  9am on Thursday.  Also please be on time picking your children up.  We can’t  leave until you do.

Backpacks & Lost and Found

It's a good idea to have each of your children bring a backpack with their name clearly marked on it.  The backpack will be an easy way to keep track of projects and can move from class to class with your child.  Clearly mark names on all coats, too!  We ended up with a lot of lost and found items last year.  Also please be sure to check the lost and found box often - it's located in the supply closet.

Code of Conduct

Attending Keystone Arts Academy is a privilege, not a right and we expect the students to act accordingly.  We want this to be a fun, safe place to be!  The last two rules for children are new this year - we had way too many blobs of gum under tables and too many tables to scrub!

RULES FOR CHILDREN

1. No running in the building when classes are in session.

2. No playing or going outside without an adult.

3. Use kind and uplifting language (no name calling, meanness or bullying)

4. Respect your teachers by listening to them and obeying.  Do not play with gameboys, trading cards etc during class so they can still be allowed when not in class.

5. No touching things that aren't yours.

6. No hurting others (no hitting, no punching, no choking, etc.)

7. No going into classrooms that aren't your class. If not enrolled in a class, please stay in the basement.

8. Clean up after yourself.

9.  NO GUM!

10.  No writing on the tables or chairs.

RULES FOR PARENTS

1. Watch your kids. Kids not in class should stay in the basement.

2. Pick up and drop off on time so we can stay on schedule.

3. Help clean up after yourselves and kids.

4. Pay on time.

5.  Feel free to enforce the rules for other people's children in the building!

If you see any infractions of these rules, please let us know so we can take appropriate action.
