This is a continuation of CSI #3. We will briefly go over beginning info. for first time students, then we will move on to crime scene related topics. We will again be watching selected clips from the TV show CSI & a few other crime related shows. I am very cautious about what I allow the students to view, but please remember this is a class about “crime scenes”.

A detective from West Valley City will visit our class and talk about his work. He has been a police officer for over 17 years. I will try to get him to come in more than once if he has time.

I want to teach the students how to fingerprint each other, the facts about blood splatter patterns & X-files. We were not able to get to these topics last semester.

We will have at least one crime scene and hopefully a mock trial. Returning students will be assisting in the mock trial as assistants.
