Used Curriculum Sale

Our 3rd annual used curriculum consignment sale will be held Thursday, June 17th and Friday June 18th in Provo. (tentative dates!)

WHO: Anyone is welcome to buy or sell!  No need to be a Keystone member.  Feel free to forward this info to interested friends.

WHAT: Any books, curriculum, educational dvds/movies/software/toys, pet stuff - anything a homeschooler would like to have! Everything will be sorted according to subject or item type. See categories here.

HOW IT WORKS:  Sellers price their stuff at home and bring it over before the sale.  Volunteers sort all the items by category.  On the day of the sale, we set up tables and place everything out in categories so everything is easy to find.  Sellers don't have to stay with their items.  We rely on volunteers to help sort and cashier, and volunteers get first shopping times for first picks. When items are sold, we remove the tags to keep track of everything.  After the sale, we add up everything that is sold for each seller and mail their payment.  We also re-sort all the items and then sellers can come pick up any leftover items after the sale, or leave them and donate them to Keystone.  Sellers are charged a small commission fee which helps pay for the building and if there is any extra it goes to Keystone to help keep prices low  or purchase needed supplies.

Last year we had a fantastic sale.  We had a whole gym full of wonderful things that many homeschoolers felt was their "dream yard sale."  We had many buyers and sellers!

WHERE:  The sale will be held at the Provo Community Church at 175 N. University Ave.
